The goal of Change a Life Through Educations is to provide financial support to disadvantaged students to follow their academic aspirations despite economic hardships. These projects are implemented under close collaboration between VNOutreach.com foundation members and local schools or universities.

Our current project is about Trần Văn Cường, a student from the rural of Vietnam who just passed the rigorous entrance exam with top scores to Phu Tho Polytechnic Institute, a flagship university in technology teaching and research activities in Vietnam. Yet the chances that Cường can attend the university are slim. His family is too poor to afford the basic costs for tuition, books, rents and food for the school’s 5-year engineering program. We have interviewed Cường as well as contacted school official at  Phu Tho Polytechnic Institute and learned that the school will provide Cuong with the tuition scholarship. So we can help him out with the cost for basic living expenses, rents, and school supplies.

 October 20th Updates:
Cuong informed us that he has decided to attend the Hanoi Medical University in Hanoi and he would have help from other sources.
